Hobo Nickel token set
These are 27 Hobo Nickel tokens that were created on the Stellar Network. Each coin based on actual "Hobo Nickels" that are made by artists who take old Buffalo Nickels, from the 1930s, and rework 'em into new images by hammering tiny dents into the metal.
Minting a token is a magnificent process that involves creating two cryptographically connected accounts; each with a public "key" or string of numbers and letters, and a secret key.
These accounts are programmed to "trust" each other for the specific "asset", and then the asset is programmed to create the tokens. This set was limited (cryptographically locked) at 100001000 tokens.
Unlike bitcoin "mining" which uses enough electricity to power a small city, tokens on the Stellar Network are mathematically created near instantly, and 100 billion tokens can be minted in seconds using less electricity than it takes to toast a slice of bread!
